Zoe Time Out

Whenever Lauren does something naughty and has to go to time out we say to her "Lauren that is not nice. Time out." She usually goes willingly and does not give us much of a fight. Yesterday Zoe (the 75lb dog) stepped on my foot and rather than saying a few fowl words I said "Zoe, stepping on my foot is not nice." Then I hear Lauren yell "Zoe, Time Out." Oh the things they say!

St. Louis

We made a quick trip to St. Louis this weekend for a wedding reception for a good friend of mine. Mark was such a sport as he was sick the whole time and I told him he had to go with me. Staying home was not an option. Lauren did great on the road, watched a lot of video's and took naps while we travelled. She enjoyed the reception and loved watching the bride and groom dance. Lauren did a little dancing of her own as well. Her favorite thing was at the hotel playing on the luggage carrier as you see here. Silly Lauren. Oh and yes....she closed the bathroom door probably 100 times with our overnight stay at the hotel!

Lauren is not feeling as good today. Has a runny nose and a cough. She moved up to the Toddler room at daycare this week so I guess she has new viruses to catch. Hopefully she will be feeling better soon. This is one of my favorite pictures of Lauren and Mark. They have so much fun together.

Close the Door
