If you follow me on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram then you know I crushed Hospital Hill this weekend. We had such a busy rest of the weekend, that I don't have time to do a full write up quite yet. This was an amazing race with results I can't even quite believe. I ran the race in 2 hours, 5 minutes, and 35 seconds. That is a 4 minute Personal Record...on Hospital Hill. I am still in shock!

We hit Scooter's coffee house on the Plaza after the race for a Peanut Butter Protein Power smoothie with a shot of espresso. Yummy!
Then it was Commerce night at Sporting KC park. We decided to go to Cheeseburger in Paradise before the game. One of our all time favorite restaurants...of course our first experience was in actual paradise...Honolulu, watching the sunset over Waikiki beach.
Then it was off to the game! We stopped in the Commerce tent before going into the stadium and ran into several friends and co-workers. The girls loved the face painting and the balloon animals.
These games are so much fun and the girls totally get into them!
We stayed till the end, which made for a late night, but well worth it!
Then, Sunday afternoon we were off to Courtney's wedding shower. The girls had a blast.
They adore Courtney. We can't wait for her wedding in July!
