Zach

is our Elf on a Shelf.  He has been amazing this year getting the girls to behave for Christmas. 

Each day when we are at work and school he goes to the North Pole to give a report to Santa.  He tells Santa if Lauren and Addison have been naughty or nice.  (Lauren reported tonight that she is on the "kind of good" list...there is room for improvement from  her!)  Zach can watch them anywhere that they are. 

When we come home at night the girls rush in looking for Zach.  It keeps them entertained for a few minutes so I can get dinner on the table.  Zach might be hiding in the living room, kitchen, family room, bedrooms, or bathrooms.  Zach could be just about anywhere.  You can also tell Zach what you want for Christmas so he can report back to Santa. 

There in only one rule you have to follow for Zach and Lauren and Addison have followed it to a tee.  You can't touch Zach or he will loose his magic.  Without any magic he can't go to the North Pole to report to Santa if Lauren and Addison are being naughty or nice. 

Zach will be here everyday until Christmas.  When Santa arrives on Christmas Eve, Zach will go back to the North Pole with him.  We will not see Zach again until next year when he arrives for the holiday season.  So far, we really love having Zach around.
